DAY 3
This tour will take you around the entire Cape Peninsula and includes highlights such as Cape Point Nature Reserve, Boulders Penguin Colony, Seal island and Chapmans peak as the standard and lots of optional extra's for you to add. At the end of this tour you would have visited all the major scenic highlights in Cape Town and also been introduced to the local flora and fauna.
Camps Bay
Camps Bay is an affluent coastal suburb located just ten minutes from the city bowl. Set on the slopes of Table Mountain, it overlooks a series of beautiful sandy bays and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Camps Bay is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, restaurants, clubs and hotels.
Seal Island Hout Bay
Trips departing from Hout Bay Harbour ferry passengers across to nearby Duiker Island – also known as Seal Island – where thousands of Cape Fur Seals can be seen in their natural habitat. The boat trip provides beautiful views of the bay, the harbour, The Sentinel and Chapman’s Peak.
Chapman’s Peak
Chapman’s Peak Drive winds its way between Noordhoek and Hout Bay. Situated on the Atlantic Coast, at the southwestern tip of South Africa, it is one of the most spectacular scenic drives in the world. The 9km route, with its 114 curves, skirts the rocky coastline of Chapman's Peak. The drive offers stunning 180-degree views with many areas along the route where visitors can stop and take in the scenery or sit down for a relaxing picnic.
Cape Point Funicular
The Flying Dutchman funicular takes visitors at Cape Point up to the lighthouse, where there is an outstanding view of the point and ocean. The funicular is named after a ghost ship whose destiny it is to sail the oceans forever. More information can be found at the museum.

Cape Point is a spectacular sight, covered in endemic fynbos and home to breathtaking bays, beaches and rolling green hills and valleys, just 60km outside of Cape Town. Cape Point falls within the Cape Floral Region, a World Heritage Site.

Perched on a steep slope along the shores of False Bay, Simon's Town is renowned as one of South Africa's oldest settlements. Just 35km from Cape Town, this enchanting locale boasts a rich maritime legacy and houses the South African Navy.
Boulders Penguin Colony
Boulders Penguin Colony is located near Cape Town, South Africa. This popular tourist a ttraction offers visitors the chance to observe African penguins at close range and learn more about them. The section also includes three boardwalks that provide easy access to the beach area, and sheltered areas for viewing the birds.
